Bankies had to work hard to break down a spirited Vale side at Millburn in this friendly before running out as winners over their Central League opponents

Bankies finally made the breakthrough on 81 minutes. A fine right wing move ended with Stevie Dymock cooly knocking the ball by the Vale keeper.

Clydebank wrapped it up in stoppage time when another summer signing in Stevie Dallas beautifully headed home a Brian Smith cross from the right.
