Following last seasons final day misery of mising out on promotion two Bankies stalwarts will be leaving the club along with two of last seasons signings

Defender Sinky Soutar has departed for Maryhill after 6 seasons at The Bankies. Sinky(30) who also played in midfield signed from Cumbernauld United back in 2004 and made over 125 appearances which would have been much more if not for a serious leg injury picked up in a match at Rutherglen after an accidental clash with a teammate.

A  fans favourite who captained the team on a number of occasions including the final game of last season, a 2-1 win over Lanark in a match where my son was the mascot. Sinky goes on with everyone's best wishes and the only other downside was that we never got to see the big fella score in Clydebank colours.

Midfield man John Jack has decided to hang up his boots following a long and exciting career. Jacko had two season with us playing almost 70 times and chipping in with 9 goals and an impressive 19 yellow cards! An influential figure, who like Sinky will be sorely missed around the scenes.

In other departing team news, Scott Marshall and Shaun Molloy have been made available for transfer. Molloy featured in over 25 matches scoring one goal following his summer switch from Rob Roy but has been allowed to find another club.

Marshall has rarely featured since joining from Livingston United prior to Christmas.
