The Bankies head along the A82 for he revival of the County derby at Strathclyde Homes Stadium on Wednesday night, 7.30pm kick off.
Thematch has attracted a fair bit of interest as the sides clash for the first time in 9 years. The hosts won that League Cup tie 2-0 under the shadow of the rock.
With the sides now in different leagues, and the Sons of the Rock already into competitive games having lost to Greenock Morton on penalties after a 0-0 draw at SHS on Sunday, this will give Budgie McGhie's side a different work out to those of the past.
Bankies were of course in action themselves on Saturday, going down 1-0 to a late Arthurlie goal but putting in another pleasing performance on the back of wins v Cumnock(2-1) and Ardeer Thistle(7-0)
No doubt both sides will field experimental lineups as is the pre season way, but to the fans, the result will be the only thing on their minds.
Kick off is 7.30pm with prices £5 and £3.
